FULLY REMOTE
We don't have a central office and don't plan to. We believe the flexibility of remote enables people to do their best work and the studio to bring together the best talent. We invest in being a remote studio and not just a group of people working remotely, so we meet in person several times a year and bridge the gaps an office space would otherwise cover.
studio ownership
We believe everyone should be participating in the upside of the value they are creating. We want everyone on the team to have a meaningful ownership stake in the studio and offer outsized equity grants.

Games are about condensing and serving the best that life has to offer but life isn't just about games. We believe passionate game developers do their best work and live their best lives when they are pursuing peak experiences outside of work as well. We offer an annual stipend for pursuing peak experiences, whatever that means for each person — whether it's traveling with your partner, a board game weekend with friends, a family destination wedding, F1 Miami, LARPing, or something as mundane as sky diving.
